At Least Twelve Arrests Made in Casino Craps Case
In an ongoing investigation of Foxwoods Resort Casino and the Mohegan Sun Craps scam at least twelve people have been arrested. The scam took place at both casinos and craps dealers were allegedly allowing players to make late bets and then the dealer would collect payment later for allowing the late bet.

Richard Sequoia Taylor of Memphis Tennessee is supposedly the ringleader of the scam. Richard worked with dealers and supervisors to cheat against the casinos. The police began investigating in December of last year when a craps floor worker at Foxwoods reported a craps dealer cheating to a shift manager.

State police has since talked to employees and many have been able to speak in detail about the craps scam. The police have obtained arrest warrants for thirteen people. Employees at the casinos have lost their jobs and have been ordered to have no contact with each other when they appear in court. All have been charged with cheating at gambling and conspiracy to cheat at gambling.

Foxwoods employees are charged are: Chandler Alfred Jr-dealer, Joshua Cagle-dealer, Tim Cahill-table games manager, David Kelley-scheduling and floor manager, Pierre Langlois-manager, Anthony Leyko-dealer, Brian Miller-dealer, Roger Morris-floor supervisor, Steve Panarella-dealer and Mattie Tarlton-dealer. Only one dealer was charged from the Mohegan Sun and that was Johnny Baker.
