Craps Cheater Sees Charges Dismissed
Richard S. Taylor has been all over the news for the past few months as he was recently found guilty of cheating at the Mohegan Sun while playing craps. Taylor has already been convicted to more charges had yet to be tried in the case. however a judge dismissed the case of the remaining charges on Monday after the prosecutor stated they no longer cared to pursue the case.

Taylor was sentenced to ten years in prison last month after he was found guilty of running a craps cheating ring at Foxwoods Resort casino as well as at the Mohegan Sun. the Prosecutor stated on Monday that the state was no longer interested in the case and entered a “nolle”which lets the prosecutor agree to drop the charges but keep the right to reopen the case and prosecute in the next thirteen months.

Taylor then asked the judge to dismiss the case ‘without prejudice’ and the judge dismissed the case and Taylor continued to say he was not being treated fairly. The judge then told the court marshals to remove Taylor from the courtroom.
