Foxwoods Casino Craps Case Continues
The cheating scandal which took place at Foxwoods Resorts Casino has been taking place in court and a new person recently testified. Tony Leyko is a former craps dealer at the casino and claims to be the “middleman” between the ringleader of the scam, Richard Taylor, and the other dealers of the casino.

Leyko was called to the stand by the Prosecutor of the case, Stephen M. Carney. Leyko was called to the stand to testify against Taylor who is accused of running a group of players that worked with dealers and other employees to cheat the casino out of money. Players would be paid for bets they made after the outcome of the craps dice roll was known.

Leyko commented on the stand that he was “somewhat of a middle man, shall we say, between Rich and the dealers”. Leyko went on to explain that the cheaters would get one third of the proceeds made and the dealers and Taylor would earn one third as well. Leyko commented on how the scam worked and is hoping that his testimony will help him earn a lighter sentence when he is tried.
