West Virginia Race Track Plans to Train Craps Dealers for New Casino Expansion
It was recently reported that the Tri-State Racetrack and Gaming Center in Cross Lanes, West Virginia is planning on spending $250 million on a casino expansion. The addition will include a new hotel, conference center and entertainment center all of which should get underway next year.

Even though the economy is struggling, as of right now the Racetrack plans on expanding. Around the United States, casinos have seen a significant drop in revenues since gas prices were astronomically high and the economy strained.

Reports indicate that the Racetrack wants to go ahead and train dealers for Craps as well as Blackjack. Interested parties can participate in eight week training sessions to become a Craps dealer and seven week training sessions to deal Blackjack.

The training sessions are set to begin today at the West Virginia State Community and Technical College and will be provided by the Racetrack. It will be interesting to see if the $250 million gamble will pay off or if consumers still struggling will stay away from the casino.
